Feds give DPW go signal to solicit bids for Cross Island road project

The U.S. Department of Transportation’s Federal Highway Administration gave the go signal for the Department of Public Works to begin soliciting bids for the long-awaited Cross Island or Back Road improvement project, according to DPW secretary Diego B. Songsong.
