Sablan disagreed with Fitial on stabilization fund disbursement

$120K bail for man accused of sexually abusing a Rota minor

A Superior Court judge has imposed a $120,000 cash bail for the temporary release of a 32-year-old man who is accused of sexually abusing a female minor on Rota in 2005 and 2007.
