Manglona directs bank to comply with subpoena in insurance case

U.S. District Court for the NMI Chief Judge Ramona V. Manglona yesterday ordered the City Trust Bank to comply with the subpoena sent by an insurance company that is suing the owner of a clothing store for allegedly burning the establishment to claim $404,718 in insurance.

103 students denied SHEFA aid due to non-compliance with regs
