A Superior Court jury yesterday afternoon found Ronald R. Kaipat not guilty of charges relating to the theft of typhoon shutters from a gasoline station’s storage room in San Jose in January this year.

US govt brings settlement authority issue to 9th Circuit

The U.S. government on Tuesday brought to the U.S. Court of Appeals for the Ninth Circuit the legal issue as to who should attend the settlement conference in businessman John K. Baldwin’s federal tax refund lawsuit against the United States.

The dog tag registration is being held at the Dandan fire station from Oct. 3 to 13 (closed Fridays). However, beginning Monday, Oct. 10, the dog tag registration will also be available at the Saipan Mayor’s Office in Afetna.
