Judge puts off decision on bail change for sex abuse suspect

Superior Court Associate Judge David A. Wiseman has refused to issue a final ruling in the second motion to modify the bail being asked by a man who is charged with sexually abusing a 12-year-old girl on Tinian since she was 8 or 9 years old.

DCCA: Tourism development and casino will lower number of food stamp clients
