A CNMI gold mine but.

The CNMI has been given a second chance to develop the pozzolan industry but I can only wonder, hope, and pray it will really happen. I said in a letter long ago that “we could be sitting on a gold mine but no one will do the work” in regards to the first offer to mine pozzolan....
