This is an open letter to senators who voted to kill the Saipan casino bill. To senators Ray N. Yumul and Ralph Dlg. Torres, relocate to Tinian because your actions are more toward protecting and helping the Tinian casino industry than for the island of Saipan and the Commonwealth.
