Arrest warrant out vs ex-cop for allegedly using ‘ice’ again

The federal court issued yesterday a warrant for the arrest of former police officer Florencio Q. Richards after the U.S. Probation Office found him allegedly using methamphetamine or “ice” again and violating other terms and conditions of his probation.
