Labor reviewing over 5,000 registered unemployed individuals with résumés

The CNMI Department of Labor website went online in 2005 to allow unemployed individuals to register for job placement assistance. To date, some 5,118 unemployed individuals with posted résumés have yet to be certified.

As previously announced, CUC is currently experiencing a technical problem with its prepaid machine. The problem is expected to be fully resolved by Jan. 24. Until that time, prepaid tokens can be issued, but only in $50 amounts.
