Taxpayers who are entitled to additional stimulus funds not yet received must complete the 2020 Recovery Rebate Credit Worksheet to calculate the correct amount of the remaining benefit and attach to their return.

Individuals who received a 1099-G for Unemployment Compensation (i.e., Pandemic Unemployment Assistance) are reminded to report this taxable income on their tax return.

Taxpayers should also be aware of potential online phishing scams inviting taxpayers to “e-file” on their website for a fee. There is currently no legitimate service for online income tax filing for CNMI taxpayers. Income tax forms must be submitted to the DRT Dandan location to be processed. (PR)
