Purpose: To allow CUC linemen to install a 40-foot wooden power pole.

Purpose: To allow CUC linemen to straighten a leaning power pole, replace a 45-foot wooden power pole with a 45-foot concrete pole, and connect 3-phase overhead, primary conductors.
