IT&E prepares as Bolaven approaches region
IT&E is fully mobilized and committed to minimizing any cellular, internet or landline interruptions to subscribers due to the storm.
To keep subscribers connected during the upcoming adverse conditions, IT&E is doing the following:
Preparing back-up power: IT&E is deploying generators and backup power sources at crucial network sites to ensure uninterrupted service in the event of power fluctuations.
Mobilizing response teams: Teams are on standby to respond as soon as it is safe to assess service interruptions or repair network issues caused by the storm.
24/7 monitoring: IT&E has round-the-clock monitoring in place to detect and address any network issues as soon as they arise.
Customer support: IT&E’s Customer Care team will remain accessible to assist subscribers with any connectivity issues. To report service issues, subscribers can call (671) 922-4483 in Guam or (670) 682-4483 in the CNMI. Callers may experience hold times as we monitor our network and work to resolve emergency situations.
“We understand the importance of staying connected, especially during times of crisis. Rest assured, we are committed to providing the best possible service and support throughout this storm,” said IT&E president Jim Oehlerking.
