Ogo files candidacy petition for reelection

ROTA—At 10am last Monday, Rep. Julie Ogo (Ind-Rota) officially filed her candidacy petition for reelection at the Rota Mayor’s Office. Surrounded by her family, friends, and loyal supporters, Ogo took this significant step in her ongoing commitment to serve the people of Rota.

In her statement, Ogo expressed heartfelt gratitude to her family, friends, and supporters for their unwavering belief in her leadership.

“I am deeply thankful for the continued support that has allowed me to pursue this journey of service. It is an honor to have the opportunity to continue helping the people of Rota,” she said.

Ogo emphasized the importance of unified leadership in driving Rota toward a brighter future.

“Bringing our island back to prosperity is not something that will happen overnight, but as long as there’s progress, we can make the livelihoods of the people of Rota more bearable,” she stated.

Ogo also highlighted her partnership with Sen. Paul Manglona (Ind-Rota), who is also seeking re-election. Together, they have vowed to continue their efforts in supporting and advocating for the needs of the people of Rota. (PR)
