A bigger natural disaster
The coronavirus outbreak and its impact on the Mariana Islands is a natural disaster of perhaps larger import than Super Typhoon Yutu.
The Marianas should receive the same support from the Federal Emergency Management Agency as they did for Yutu, if they can adapt to a new form of natural disaster.
