Apology to the CNMI people

This is to extend my sincere apology for violating the Non-Commercial Fish and Wildlife Rules and Regulations of the Northern Mariana Islands Administrative Code, Title 85, Subchapter 85-30.1-101, to wit: in violation of NMLAC Subsection 85-30.1-301(g)(9).

It was never my intention to create such an awkward and uncomfortable situation. I hope that I can be of assistance in correcting my mistake and resolving the matter.

While I have caused this unpleasant experience, I am able to see where I went wrong. Although it was intended for a sick elderly whom has been craving for such local delicacy, it is still in violation of the established rules and regulation as promulgated. While going thru all this unpleasantly experiences and humiliations as well as shame to both me and my family, it allows me to learn to grow and prevent similar issues in the near future.

Once again, my sincere and most greatest apologies to the people of the CNMI.

  1. Buenas Mr. Inos,

We tend to make mistakes in our lives and nobody is perfect. What we learned about the American way of life is you may bend the rules or laws, but don’t break it for you will pay the price. Take Care.

  3. He is so sorry that he doesn’t even mention what local delicacy it was that his old sick relative couldn’t live without. Which judge made him waste pen and ink for this worthless statement wholly devoid of contrition?

  5. Hardly a heart felt apology. More likely a “sorry I got caught, but it’s really not my fault” standard apology letter.
