BREAKING NEWS: State of emergency declared for NMI

Gov. Ralph DLG Torres has declared a state of significant emergency in the CNMI to prevent the entry and spread of the novel coronavirus, 2019-nCoV, which, first arose in Wuhan, China. The declaration bans the entry of travelers from China, effective immediately.
