Hiring contractors for home repair

I have been contacting many Saipan contractors and they are not available to accommodate residential repairs. What is the CNMI government proposing for remedy this crisis? Most Saipan businesses hire four to five contractors. I recommend publishing online all Saipan contractors’ telephone numbers and email addresses for the public to access and their availability to perform estimates and repairs. Also, it would be best to warn the public to be cautious in selecting contractors.
