BREAKING NEWS: JUDGE WISEMAN RETIRING FROM THE BENCH

David A. Wiseman is retiring from his position as an associate judge of the Commonwealth Superior Court effective May 2016.

Wiseman informed Gov. Eloy S. Inos today, Friday, about his decision to retire from the bench, Saipan Tribune learned.

When he steps down in 2016, it will be Wiseman’s 15th year on the bench, making him the longest serving judge of the Superior Court.
