Repeal Article 12
Article 12 of our Constitution must be repealed!
The simplest way to accomplish the repeal is for our Legislature to exercise their power—legislative initiative.
We need to abolish Article 12 of our Constitution and give back the right of every “fee simple” landowners their unilateral right to their property.
