Sirow, Mogethin, and Faischo to all of you, wonderful and generous people of Saipan, for going all out to donate and participate in the typhoon relief drive to help our people here in Yap who had been greatly affected by the devastation of Super Typhoon Maysak. Both Gov. Tony Ganngiyan and I are deeply moved by your kind and generous donations to assist in this humanitarian effort and we express to you all our deep and heartfelt appreciation on behalf of all the people of the State of Yap.
