Emergency water outage

There is an emergency water service interruption in the San Antonio, Chalan Piao, Chalan Kanoa, Susupe and San Jose areas due to a 12-inch distribution waterline break on the As Perdido and Texas Road intersection that was identified over the weekend.

Water operations personnel of the Commonwealth Utilities Corp. were expected to finish repair work last night. Customers in the affected areas should expect restoration of services soon thereafter.

For the safety of our men and women working at the site, motorists are advised to proceed with caution when traveling through the area or to take alternative routes.
