ARFF live fire exercise today
The Commonwealth Ports Authority’s Aircraft Rescue and Fire Fighting personnel will conduct a live fire exercise this morning, June 18, 2020, beginning at 10am at the CPA Fire Training Facility. As a result, large plumes of black smoke may be seen around the airport. Please do not be alarmed. (PR)
CPA sets new airport procedures
Effective today, June 18, 2020, the Commonwealth Ports Authority has set the following departure drop-off and arrival pick-up procedures for the Francisco C. Ada/Saipan International Airport. There will be no waiting allowed at the terminal.
FOR DEPARTURES:
• Only departure drop-offs allowed.
• Only ticketed passengers or those needing assistance will be allowed inside the Departure Terminal.
• Passenger “farewells” could be done either upon drop-off or in the main parking lot.
FOR ARRIVALS:
• Drive-thru pick-ups only.
• People waiting to pick up a passenger must wait in the main parking lot. (PR)
