DCRM closed today, tomorrow
The Bureau of Environmental & Coastal Quality would like to inform the public that the Division of Coastal Resources Management will be closed today, Nov. 22, and tomorrow, Nov. 23, for a professional development workshop. As such, payments can be made at the CNMI Treasury Office. Regular office hours will resume on Wednesday, Nov. 24, 2021. (PR)
4.4-magnitude quake at Maug region
At 6:38pm on Nov. 18, 2021, a report of a 4.4-magnitude earthquake occurred at Maug Islands region in the Northern Mariana Islands. Currently, no Tsunami warnings or advisories were issued by the Pacific Tsunami Warning Center. For more information, contact the CNMI EOC State Warning Point at 237-8000. (PR)
