NMDC membership meeting today
The Northern Marianas Descent Corp. wishes to inform its members and fellow NMDs that there will be a general membership meeting today, July 30, 2015, starting at 6:30pm at the Pedro P. Tenorio Multi-Purpose Center in Susupe. (PR)

CNMI Women’s Association membership meeting today
The 2015 CNMI Women’s Association general membership meeting will be held today, July 30, 6pm at the Carolinian Utt next to the Carolinian Affairs Office and Garapan Community Development Center. (PR)

Chamber meeting on Aug. 5 at Sandcastle
The Saipan Chamber of Commerce’s general membership meeting next month will be held on Aug. 5 at Sandcastle of the Hyatt Regency Saipan.  The luncheon begins at 11:30am with the meeting portion starting promptly at noon.  Delegate Gregorio Kilili C. Sablan will address the membership regarding the federal efforts for the CNMI.  (PR)

Cleanup brigade set for Aug. 1 at Tank Beach
The Bureau of Environmental and Coastal Quality Cleanup Brigade will be picking up trash at Tank Beach on Saturday, Aug, 1, 2015, at 8am. If you would like to volunteer, meet the BECQ representatives on Saturday at the Tank Beach parking lot at 8am. Volunteers will split into groups and clean until 10am and break for drinks and then continue, if needed.
This month, outstanding brigade volunteers who participated in at least 10 monthly cleanups will receive a brigade cap and those who participated in at least three cleanups will receive a brigade T-shirt. For more information about volunteering, contact the BECQ office at 664-8500/1. (PR)
