Kudos to the MHS Aeronautical Dolphins for back-to-back wins in a nationwide competition. They make the CNMI proudly stand out among regional, territorial and national school systems. Congratulations to their inspirational teacher and coach, John Raulerson, for the unprecedented victory. He has my vote for the “Educator of the Decade” award.
