Improper
The deserving people of Tinian need to know the truth on why Tinian Dynasty is closing down business this September.
The people of Tinian want to know: who made the decision? Who voted yes? Who voted no? Who signed the notice? And who delivered the decision to the management of Tinian Dynasty?
The people of Tinian are diligently watching, observing, evaluating, waiting, and figuring out who is responsible within the Tinian Municipality government.
The closure of Tinian Dynasty was done in a very improper manner. The incurring collateral damages were never calculated before issuing the notice to close down Tinian Dynasty. The aftermath after the notice was delivered impacted those who were responsible to flee into isolation.
So far, only the mayor of Tinian has come out openly to defend the Tinian Dynasty from closing down.
As to the Tinian delegation, headed by Sen. Frank Borja, they have been watching on the sidelines all along, just to make sure that the mayor of Tinian is doing the right thing for the people of Tinian.
In 1989 the people of Tinian voted overwhelmingly to legalize casino on their island. This was the mandate of the people of Tinian. And this was the rule of the people of Tinian.

Buenas Mr. Sakisat,
For your information, the Tinian Delegation had tried to mitigate our lone casino’s situation and they can only do so much. It was up to the Tinian Gaming Commission to make the judgement call on what is best for our people. Unfortunately, the person in charge of the daily operation of the commission had stated that she would follow the statute accordingly. Are we going to entice investors to invest and when they invested their hard earned money, we pull the plug on them. Before you start pointing fingers, please get your facts together. The Tinian Delegation has no say on the matters or statute relating to our lone casino. We should be happy that they are not micro-managing the casino industry or the Tinian & Aguigan Municipality and that is the job of Tinian Gaming Commission and our mayor. To think about it, it was politics as usual and the incompetence of the management of the Tinian Commission that Dynasty was forced to close its doors.
