A waste of time and resources

I am challenging Sixto and his co-authors to a debate on the CMR Act v the Cannabis Act because the Senate is now wasting funds and time with Senate hearings on a bill that I was asked to improve.

The improvements of the CMR Act have already been made and it is really ludicrous to waste resources on hearings when the work of these hearings has already been done. Why send me to Colorado to do research when it is not going to be used and literally being ignored for no good reason other than some senators don’t like Ambrose which is childish behavior and even dishonorable of an adult Senator. For the Senate to allow Sixto to take proven research and throw it in the trash is dead wrong and a disservice to the people. The people also have a right to see and hear what their money was spent on with my travel to Colorado for the Senate. So do what you can to promote this challenge that will surely help the people with this issue.

I am working on summarizing of the research study done in Colorado for next week but you might want to use the picture of me in Colorado for your story if you decide to do it or you can wait to use the picture when I release the summary of the research for next week. I took the pictures to also show proof that I was in Colorado but I won’t say what I did with the marijuana I purchased using the Senate’s funds.

  1. All the efforts and travel to Colorado to research about the positive side of Marijuana can be concluded as an unnecessary wasteful expenditure of public funds. All along I thought you are a pretty smart cookie for you can get the information you were looking for in two simple ways. And you very well know those two routes, but, you chose to be a wasteful spender probably, because partly a feeling of nostalgia after so many years in Adam and Eve’s paradise. Please, spill all the beans on Senator Sixto Igisomar, he probably will join the smoking session with you in case he doesn’t make this coming election, thanks to your Marijuana legislation. Glad the Chamber of Commerce rescinded its support on the Bill.

  2. Mr. Bennett,

You don’t need to waste your time going against the CNMI elected officials, because you would never win. You should make a move to California before November 08 election, you should put your effort where you may make the mula. There is not enough population to fork in the millions in the CNMI, but California would be different when they pass the recreational use initiative relating to cannabis. Colorado would be nothing in comparison to the California cannabis market in the future. Stop wasting our tax money.

  3. People who dismiss cannabis in the commonwealth are blind fools. Do you realize that along side 3d printing we could use hemp to create anything that can be made out of plastic? With hemp we could even manufacture our own hempcrete and hemp ply?

There is a golden opportunity to do the “american gangster” strategy and focus on selling high quality but low cost recreational herb to lure in more tourists. People here lack vision and creativity and only think about copying whatever it is that is being done in the main land. talk about being short sighted.

    1. We do have vision and creativity in the CNMI, but the problem is many inherited the crab mentality and no one wants to nurture good ideas. Especially if you are from the island chain, your ideas would end up in the trash bins.
