Novena in honor of Our Lady of Lourdes starts today
The community of Santa Lourdes in As Teo is happy to announce that the annual Santa Lourdes novena in honor of Our Lady of Lourdes will begin today, Feb. 4, 2022.

On the first eight days (Feb. 4-11), rosary and novena will start at 5pm at the Santa Lourdes Shrine. On the ninth day, Saturday, Feb. 12, 2022, rosary and novena will start at 2pm, followed by Mass at 3pm at the Shrine.
Attendees are kindly asked to please wear face mask and to practice social distancing. (PR)

Registration now open for Xavier high entrance exam
All current eighth graders in the CNMI who are interested in attending Xavier High School–Micronesia are encouraged to take the official entrance exam at 9am on Saturday, Feb. 19, 2022, at the Maturana House of Prayer on Upper Navy Hill. Registration is mandatory for all exam-takers, and will close at 12am on Sunday, Feb. 13. To register, visit

Power outage in San Antonio today
There will be a scheduled power service interruption today, Feb. 4, 2022, from 2:30pm to 4:30pm, affecting San Antonio, specifically along Guihan St., Laiguan Av., Hiyok St., Gatdas Av., Kacho Av., Hakmang Av., San Antonio St., Hiteng St., Sesyon Av., Tataga St., Uhang Av., Laggua Av., and Tarakitu St.. CPA invites public to town hall meetings
The Commonwealth Ports Authority is hosting town hall meetings to address matters surrounding the 2020 audit report, the passenger facility charges audit, and the litigation history between Star Marianas Air and CPA. The Saipan leg was held yesterday.

ROTA: Tuesday, Feb. 8, 2022, 6pm in the Benjamin Taisacan Manglona International Airport’s departure area.

TINIAN: Tuesday, Feb. 22, 2022, 6pm at the Tinian International Airport’s departure terminal.
