The Department of Public Lands has been receiving inquiries whether certain individuals has a valid lease for the public land adjacent to PIC in San Antonio.

After the revocation of KSA Corporation’s lease this year, the public land is wide opened for other prospective investors. If you are an interested investor(s) of substance and stature, please visit the DPL directly for concrete answers. The island reeks with Land Sharks who lie to real investors for a hefty fee then disappear into the sunset. Do not be fooled by these Land Sharks.

I have several names to verify and if you’re one of them, please cease and desist from risking investigation and prosecution.

If per chance you meet someone claiming to be a lessee, please report this person to the Department of Public Lands at 234-3751. We will forward it to the AG’s Office for immediate investigation and prosecution.
