Vinni Giovanni Flores Orsini graduated from the University of Guam on Dec. 21, 2014, with a Bachelors Degree in Public Administration and with highest honor, “Summa Cum Laude” with a class of 263 graduates.

Orsini has done significant achievements during his studies: Graduated from Marianas High School, Saipan, in June ‘2012; enrolled in the university at age 17, Fall ‘2012; graduated from UOG at age 19; is currently the elected student regent to the University of Guam, Board of Regents.

He is the youngest ever elected in the 30 years of elections as a student regent at age 18; is the first ever elected student regent from the CNMI to sit in the University of Guam’ Board of Regents as well. (PR)
