MRA meeting today

The Marianas Racing Association would be holding a general membership meeting today, Feb 13, at the Cowtown Raceway Park.

The meeting is set to begin at 1pm and all members are encouraged to attend.

Last Jan. 15, the MRA elected president Eric Cruz to another two-year term during its annual board election.

Cruz, whose first two-year term expired at the beginning of the year, was elected along with Joe Flores as vice president, Vince Tudela as secretary, Pauline Berger as treasurer, and directors Eleanor Cepeda, Jay Jones, Frank Dela Cruz, Cuci Alvarez, and Dan Camacho.

Except for Cruz, Flores, Tudela, and Camacho, who were given two-year terms, the rest of the officers will have a tenure of only a year.
