AGO prosecutes 4 persons

The Attorney General’s Office filed on Friday separate criminal charges against four persons.

Charged were Cun Xiao Liu, Archie Taitano Kaipat, Theofin Secharaimul, and Jesus Hoashi Lizama.

Chief Prosecutor Jeffrey Moots filed the information. The defendants were summoned to appear at the Superior Court and answer the charges on Feb. 13 at 9am.

Cun was charged with theft by unlawful taking for allegedly stealing cosmetics and clothing at Joeten Hafa Adai in Garapan on Nov. 21, 2005.

Kaipat was charged with two counts of assault and battery. He allegedly punched a woman and kicked her in the stomach on Dec. 30, 2005.

Secharaimul was charged with theft for allegedly stealing a bicycle belonging to Hari Bhujel on Dec. 17, 2005.

Lizama was charged with assault and battery. He allegedly punched a woman.
