The Northern Marianas College Small Business Development Center (SBDC), in association with the Pacific Islands Small Business Development Center Network and U.S. Small Business Administration, will again offer its free-to-the-public “Thinking About Starting Your Own Business” workshop on Friday, September 24 at the Center’s
Conference Room (Building T).

Registration begins at 8:30 A.M. and light refreshments will also be available. The workshop will begin at 9:00 A.M.

The purpose of the workshop is to present to entrepreneurs what services the SBDC provides, the importance of business planning, and promoting Y2K awareness.

According to staff business consultant, Dirk Sharer, “we purposely keep attendance at a reasonable number so the participants can freely ask questions throughout the morning. It’s a real working session!”

Seating is limited to 10 attendees, so please hurry and call the Small Business Development Center at 235-1551 to reserve your seat.
