Oleai Elementary School and the PTSA are hosting the school’s annual Cultural Day, a fund-raising activity scheduled for May 13, 2000, 8:00 a.m. to 4:00 p.m. at the school campus.

The activity was launched in support to the school’s ongoing improvement projects such as purchase of students’ classroom furniture, overhead projectors, and projector screen for classrooms.

“In line with our ultimate goal, we are soliciting generous contributions from individuals and the business sector. We will greatly appreciate donations either monetary or in kind, preferably items that we can give away as prizes during a raffled drawing,” the school said in a press release.

The school is extending its gratitude to Ling Marciano, World Mechanical, D’ Elegance Restaurant, Diamond Hotel, Nikko Hotel, Ben Seman, IT&E, OES Faculty and Staff, Kainan sa Isla, Pacific Gardenia, Saipan Stevedore, Saipan Shipping, MTC, Herman’s Bakery, and Microl Corporation for supporting the school activity.
