Hyatt welcomes new Gilligan’s manager

Mustafa Issa, general manager of Hyatt Regency Saipan, welcomes Fianne Tantiongloc as the new manager of Gilligan’s Entertainment Center.
Born and raised in the Philippines, Fianne and a graduate of the University of Philippines, she began her career with Hyatt Hotels & Resorts in 1993 with Hyatt Regency Manila, where she has developed a reputation as one of the best banquet organizer in Manila. In 1997, she was promoted to Banquet sales manager, leading the Banquet Sales Team in Hyatt Regency Manila for the past three years, until she received her transfer to join Hyatt Regency Saipan.

Having worked for Hyatt in the past seven years, Fianne brings a wealth of creative ideas and experience to Hyatt Regency Saipan.
As the manager at Gilligan’s Entertainment Center, Fianne will be responsible for further developing and operating the entertainment center with creative and innovative ideas that are designed to meet the diverse needs of Saipan and International guests alike.
Fianne’s goal is to ensure that Gilligan’s is recognized as the best “After 9:00 PM Venue” in town, and is always staffed with a team of dynamic and passionate staff and entertainers.

Supporting Fianne with Gilligan’s operation are Nizam Omar, assistant manager; and supervisor Rommel Passive, who is another addition to the Gilligan’s team of 11 professional staff.

“I am very excited at the opportunity of working with such a great team of staff, and so fortunate to have the extremely popular band The Blocks 2000. It will definitely be an exciting challenge to create new theme events keeping with the taste, style and the trend of this beautiful island,” says the new manager.

Gilligan’s Disco has earned its popularity amongst the local community with the creative theme parties and various promotions they have been introducing regularly.

For the month of August, the name of the game is “Miss Gilligan’s Pageant,” where Ms. Gilligan’s will be announced on the night of Aug. 25.
