One dies in vehicular accident

Twenty-three-year-old Edward Cabrera Jr. died Saturday night while two others were seriously wounded when a Mazda pickup truck he was driving turned turtle in Dandan, according to Department of Public Safety spokesperson Rose Ada.

Ms. Ada said the incident took place at around 5:00 p.m. while the victims were traveling from Obyan to Dandan. The pickup lost control and flipped, she added.

Mr. Cabrera succumbed to massive head injuries and was pronounced dead at the hospital.
Two other passengers, Francis Villagomez, 24, and Regis Iyekar, 22, sustained multiple injuries and were rushed to the Commonwealth Health Center.
