51st state?

We have been hearing and reading about the federal takeover here in the Commonwealth of the Northern Mariana Islands.
The CNMI has been successful in blocking it by hiring the Preston Gates to lobby on our behalf.

But in order for the federal government of the United States of America to be successful in taking over, the CNMI people should be granted the right to vote for the US president, have a voice in both houses in Congress, and by making the Northern Marianas and Guam the 51st state of the U. S.

Remember we both spend the same US dollar .

U.S.A has been supporting us in federal grants, such as Medicaid, Food Nutrition Program, Capital Improvement Projects, USDA Programs, Covenant funding, and other federal assistance and disaster aid.

The U.S. president and Congress should start looking into this. But if they don’t agree, then they should stop meddling in our internal affairs. We are doing our best to improve the government system by protecting our own people and the islands’ interests.

We do need foreign investors in order to develop and improve our economies. Also we need a lot of foreign employees because we are short of manpower for jobs that we are not capable of doing.
