Keeping fit at Aqua Resort Club
In today’s world, keeping a fit body is a must not only for health reasons but, admit it or not, because of our desire to look good as well. In short, fat is out, lean is in.
Cases of overweight individuals, and sometimes obesity, have been a major concern in the Northern Marianas, an island which faces high incidence of weight-related illnesses like heart ailments and diabetes.
Aqua Resort Club is not likely to sit on its laurels and watch the CNMI populace grow by leaps and bounds — vertically.
Aqua Resort Club opened its own version of what a modern and personalized Fitness and Sauna Center should be. With a state-of-the-art equipment and highly-trained instructors, Aqua Resort Club’s Fitness and Sauna center caters to individuals who do not only care about their health but their overall appearance as well.
Highly-trained fitness instructor Alvin Rebong assures weight watchers, sports and health buffs, that they will get their money’s worth in the Center’s workout program designed in a way to make the training more personal.
The center is proud of new, state-of-the-art and high quality gym equipment which include stationary bikes, treadmills, multi-machines, cross-training, Smith machine and free weights.
Though barely two months in the business, ARC’s Fitness and Sauna Center has been gearing up to purchase additional modern equipment. Plans for expansion are already in the horizon, adds Mr. Rebong.
The instructor mentioned that unlike other fitness centers on the island, the Aqua Resort’s fitness gym will provide specific set of customers a program solely designed for their needs plus comforts and the luxury of privacy.
“I will be here to facilitate their needs, design their program and help them reach their goals without fear that their problems won’t be addressed because of overcrowding,” says Mr. Rebong.
Currently, the center has over 20 regular customers but the gym can accommodate as much as 70 individuals. Apart from highly-modernized equipment, Fitness and Sauna Center speaks for its well-crafted and properly designed sauna and steam bath and pool tubs.
