Police finally arrested the suspect to an alleged sexual abuse committed against a female student of Marianas High School last February.

Superior Court Associate Judge Virginia Sablan-Onerheim issued a bench warrant authorizing the arrest of Roy Anthony Lisau Celis based on complaints that he forced sexual intercourse on the 15-year-old girl after picking her up from MHS after school hours.

Reports obtained from police reveal that Mr. Celis was found and arrested at the Kilili Beach in Susupe last April 10.

He was brought over to the corrections facility to be detained. A $130,000 cash bail has been set for his temporary release.

Mr. Celis is now facing four counts of rape, two counts of criminal sodomy, one count of assault and battery, and four counts of sexual abuse before the local courts.

Earlier reports state that the suspect last February 27 picked up the minor from school and brought her over to a residence in Koblerville, where she was allegedly sexually abused. (MM)
