2004 Little League parents say thanks

Parents of the 2004 Little League Pacific Champions are extending their appreciation and thank you to the businesses and individuals who helped the team and supported its Raffle Ticket and Walk-A-Thon fundraising.

In particular, the parents cited Washington Rep. Pedro A. Tenorio, Jack Teregeyo, Walter Villagomez, Peter Torres, Francisco and Liz Agulto, Emit and Rita Saures, Department of Community & Cultural Affairs Secretary Juan L. Babauta, and to the families that helped the team one way or the other, which includes Maria Teregeyo (Washington), Glenda & Ray Alexander (Tennessee), Justin Kumungai (Pennsylvania), Steve & Liz Agyui-Meisha (Pennsylvania), Greg & Sue Aughenbaugh (New Jersey), Yvonne Cabrera (Connecticut), Becky Tenorio (Saipan), and Melinda & Heidi Rogolofoi (Oregon).

Special thanks were also extended to Gov. Juan N. Babauta, Lt. Gov. Diego T. Benavente, the 14th CNMI Legislature, Commonwealth Utilities Corp., Department of Finance/Division of Customs, Marianas Visitor Bureau, Micro Corp., Juan S. Tenorio (Santiago), board member Al Saures, and president Joe Borja.

The team was composed of manager Tony T. Benavente, coach Toi Celis, assistant coach Ray San Nicolas, and team members Phillip, Elijah, R-Jay, Keith, David, Anthony, Alex, Ike, Tony, Eric, Justin, Cameron, Ofero, and Donavan.
