PIC’s outstanding employees lauded
Pacific Islands Club Saipan congratulates four of its employees for their outstanding efforts and dedication to the team.
Dong Yoon Kim was chosen as the “Employee of the Month” for the front of the house at PIC due to his enthusiastic spirit and dedication to guests. A wonderful asset to the SEA department, his positive attitude keeps others smiling and entertained. Through rainy days and the busiest of seasons, he always ensures a memorable vacation for the hotel patrons.
Elly De Guia was the recipient of the heart of the house “Employee of the Month” designation. She has been with PIC for over five years as part of the Housekeeping Department. Through diligence and teamwork, Elly has proven to be an exceptional employee. In addition to her high standards for work, she also takes the time to become involved in volunteer work and is a role model for the internship program. She is a true asset to the PIC Team.
Frannie Teriong achieved “Supervisor of the Quarter” for good reason—her complete dedication to her work and support for her crew. Through one of the most demanding periods, she worked endless hours to ensure the highest standards for the guests, and worked many additional shifts to assist with storm damage without complaint and with high regard for her fellow teammates. PIC is proud to have her.
Satomi Kazuramaya was justifiably honored a “Manager of the Quarter” due to her commitment to her job and patience required for her role as Guest Relations Manager. She never hesitates to assist other departments with additional work. Her leadership abilities are apparent in the way she listens, instructs and works with her staff. She is deserving of the honor and PIC recognizes her exceptional value.
