A Rota firm filed a lawsuit against another company for unpaid services in connection with the island’s Man’ Amko Center project.

JWS Air Conditioning & Refrigeration Ltd. filed the civil action at the Superior Court Monday, in an effort to collect on an alleged unpaid services to PB Properties Inc.

Michael White, JWS’ lawyer, told the court that the company delivered, set up, installed and started up equipment units in connection with the Man’ Amko project. The services were worth $11,674, according to White.

White said PB Properties refused to pay for JWS’ services despite demand.

He asked the court to compel PB Properties to pay for the services, plus interests and costs incidental to the lawsuit.
