KES to hold education fair
Students at Koblerville Elementary School will be showcasing the results of their daily work and studies when the school hosts an Education Fair this Friday at the school campus.
Booths will be set up for each class to display their projects related to the various topics being discussed in their classrooms.
“This is good,” said 3rd Grade teacher Elizabeth Mendiola. “They [students] would look at other projects and learn from other students’ ideas.”
Mendiola further cited that students from the lower elementary level have the opportunity to pick up ideas from projects of upper level students and build on them in creating their own projects in the future.
According to the school, each grade level would be designated a time to tour the booths and get information on the projects and presentations.
The public is invited to witness the fair and the products of the students’ daily efforts.
“It’s really good to see what the kids are doing,” Mendiola said. “When the kids see their parents looking at their work, they feel good and even the parents feel proud.”
The fair is scheduled to begin at 9:30am and will last until the end of the school day.
