Police disclosed yesterday the arrest of two teenagers who were tagged as suspects in the theft of a laptop computer from a Garapan store last February.

Department of Public Safety spokesman Eric David said the boys were arrested pursuant to arrest warrants issued by Superior Court judges David Wiseman and Kenneth Govendo.

David refused to reveal the suspects’ names, but he identified them as a 15-year-old from Upper Miha, Garapan and a 17-year-old from Finasisu.

Results of an investigation conducted by the Thief Apprehension Select Coalition tagged the suspects as the ones responsible for the theft of an $850-worth laptop computer from the Rainbow Color store in Central Garapan on the night of Feb. 13.

One of the two suspects allegedly went inside the store and took the computer.
