We are all related
This letter is in response to the article printed on the Saipan Tribune last March 31, 2005 entitled: “Tinian Mayor’s Office hires family members, 71 community workers.”
Can someone anyone please tell me where exactly in our CNMI book of laws does it say that any mayor cannot hire his/her immediate family members.
I find it rather amusing how some people would go to the extreme and do research on who’s who and what is who to mayor Francisco M. Borja, yet, failed to bury thyself deeper into the book to find (if any) the legality of our mayor’s hiring conduct.
Ai adai! You see—when you put something out for all to see make sure you do a thorough research to back you up that way you air won’t be hilarious but interesting.
“Should’ve been in the comic section.”
Taiguine nai ga’chong—we are all related. I am able to draw you up a family tree and you shall see one way or another we all end up to the mayor (but I don’t think it’ll fit a page in our newspaper.)
But I’d like to say this, actually I am just itching to do so…Parentis No.
I don’t mean no disrespect but somebody’s got to say something, flattered it had to be me.
