SHEFA now accepting applicants for fall 2005

Saipan Major Juan Borja Tudela and the board of directors of the Saipan Higher Education Financial Assistance said that SHEFA is now accepting new applications for financial assistance for Fall 2005.
The deadline for submission of applications and supporting documents is July 10, 2005. Applications and supporting documents submitted after the deadline will not be entertained or considered for the Fall 2005 cycle of financial assistance.
Any bone fide resident of Saipan or the Northern Islands who is a United States citizen or United States permanent resident attending U.S.-accredited colleges or universities on Saipan or abroad, enrolled as a full-time student and has at least 2.5 GPA for undergraduate and 3.0 GPA for graduate and advanced standing, must submit a completed application and all required supporting documents to the SHEFA Office located in the Garapan Housing Complex behind Garapan Elementary School on or before July 1, 2005, from 8am to 4pm, Monday through Friday.
