The U.S. military will be administering the Armed Services Vocational Aptitude Battery test this Saturday for those who would like to join the U.S. Army or the U.S. Army Reserve.

Those eligible to take the exam are high school graduates, high school seniors, or those with a GED. Active duty applicants must have ages ranging from 17 to 34; Army Reserve applicants must be aged 17 to 39.

In both instances, they must be U.S. citizens, residents of the Federated States of Micronesia or Palau, or have an I-551 (permanent resident card)

The exam will be administered at the U.S. Army Reserve Center in Puerto Rico, Saipan, on Saturday, April 23, at 8:30am and 1:30pm.

The U.S. Army is encouraging eligible individuals to take advantage of Army incentives like money for college, skills training, guaranteed pay and entitlements, travel, adventure, full medical and dental care, 20-year retirement and much more.

All interested people must bring a photo ID to process. For more information, contact Sgt. Salas at (671) 687-3388, or the Army Reserve Center at 322-6680.
