Verizon will be a major sponsor of the 24th Annual Flame Tree Arts Festival going on this weekend at the American Memorial Park.

The three-day event, which begins on Friday, will provide lots of entertainment, have beautiful local artworks on display, and will offer a wide variety of delicious food on sale for the entire family to enjoy.

While at the event, those attending the festival should visit the Verizon booth where great deals will be going on Saturday and Sunday from 10am until 6om.

For instance, the Modotell WCE-100 will be on special for an unbeatable price of only $39.99. This deal includes a free leather case, a car charger, and a Verizon hat while supplies last.

Each hour, free gifts will also be given away made up of Verizon logo items at the Verizon booth.

People must be present to win but they do not have to purchase anything to be entered into the drawing. Lots of exciting products will be given to lucky winners such as beach chairs, T-shirts, coffee mugs, and hand towels. Free pencils and balloons will also be given to people who come to visit the booth.

A separate giveaway is also in store for new and existing Caller ID customers in which they can win $20 worth of airtime for their phones. There are several ways in which to qualify for the giveaway.

For instance, those interested in winning can buy a phone at the event and ask to have the Caller ID activated. Another way that one may enter into the contest is to already have a Verizon phone that is not yet activated with Caller ID.

One must then request to have the feature installed into their phones. Finally, the drawing is open to everyone who has a Verizon phone that is equipped with Caller ID. The giveaway will be done every hour and people do not have to be present to win.

Verizon is also pleased to announce that it will be launching their nighttime rates at the Arts Festival.

This program allows prepaid customers to enjoy phone calls between 9pm until 6am Monday through Sunday for only 25 cents per minute. This represents savings of at least 13 cents per minute from the regular airtime.

“Verizon continues to offer the best network at the lowest rates on island. So come on down this weekend to the Arts Festival for great fun and be sure to check out what Verizon has in store for you for all your cellular communication needs. Verizon, we never stop working for you!” (PR)
