The Tanapag Warriors dropped their seventh game of the season Friday evening, giving Ulloa’s a free win by failing to suit up enough players in their scheduled BANMI 25-and-under Basketball League match at the Gilbert C. Ada Gymnasium.

With the win, John Sablan and his Ulloa’s squad leveled their win-loss card at 5-5, sitting at fourth-place in the current team standings.

Sablan and company will shoot to go above the .500 mark tomorrow as they battle Toyota Prius (7-1) at 6:30pm, while the Ghasias 7-Kings (2-8) go for their first win streak of the season against the G-Rollers (2-4) at 8pm.

The league-leading SaipanCell-NMC Hoopaholics (9-0) open Friday’s action against current third-place holder San Antonio Wildcats (5-4) in a follow up of their down-the-wire thriller, which the Hoopaholics won by a hairline last month. The bout will be followed by the G-Rollers taking on Ulloa’s.

All games are to be played at the Gilbert C. Ada Gymnasium.

The regular season of the BANMI league is expected to conclude next week.
