Police said yesterday that the informant whose release was revoked after allegedly failing to cooperate in the campaign against illegal drug operations is still in jail.

Department of Public Safety spokesman Eric David said 40-year-old Raymond DeLeon Guerrero King was still at the Division of Corrections yesterday and has not posted bail.

Police said King was arrested sometime in March for allegedly peddling methamphetamine hydrochloride or “ice,” but was released after agreeing to help law enforcers in the campaign against illegal drugs.

After more than three months of release, King fell to the hands of authorities last week after the Attorney General’s Office sought to revoke his release. The AGO charged King with two counts of trafficking of a controlled substance.
